1. Make sure the battery is charged.

 

2. Whether the battery power switch is turned on (0 means off, 1 means on).

 

3. Check whether the bottom of the battery is installed in place, insert the bottom of the battery firmly.

 

4. Remove the battery and check whether there is any foreign matter at the interface, reinstall the battery, and test whether there is a voltage of 40v at the metal end of the battery.

 

Note: The meter cannot be turned on while charging.

If the battery has normal voltage, please follow the next video to check the electrical control:

 

1. Tighten the pedal.

 

2. Adjust the brake pads.

If the problem persists, replace the front brake or rear brake.

1. First confirm whether the instrument can be turned on normally after the battery power switch is turned on. If not, there is a battery problem.

 

2. If the instrument can be turned on normally, first unplug the power cord plugs on the left and right sides of the brake handle, and try the handlebar and booster modes respectively.

 

If both modes work normally, replace the brake lever. If the handlebar works and the power assist does not work, replace the sensor. Otherwise, change the handlebar. If the handlebar and power assist do not work, replace the controller.

1. Check the connection plug between the instrument and the controller. If the plug is in good condition and does not start normally, the controller needs to be replaced;

 

2. If the meter plug thimble is damaged, the meter needs to be replaced.

The five-speed speed adjustment is only adjusted for the assist mode.

 

In pure electric mode, the speed will not change with the gear adjustment. For safety reasons, the maximum speed limit of our car is 20MPH according to US law.
