However, we understand that sometimes you may have different expectations of the product, although this is unlikely to happen. If you have a return request, please note the following terms and conditions regarding our return policy.
For cancellations, please get in touch with Oraimo's after-sales service within 24 hours of order completion: email@example.com.
Note: Your package is already in transit after 24 hours; if you still don't want it, you need to pay the return costs
We provide free spare parts replacement service if the product parts are damaged.
Refund requests under the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days from the opening of the warranty claim. We will not accept claims for non-quality issues after 30 days.
- Unused products can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason. Please ensure that the item you are returning is fully packed and undisassembled
- The returned product shows no signs of use and does not affect secondary sales.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in case of personal reasons, wrong purchase, unwanted, etc.
Our after-sale may only accept the return if the item meets the above requirements.
1, please contact Oraimo's customer support to initiate a return in the first instance after you have decided to return the item. Please state the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
- After Oraimo customer support confirms your information, please provide your address and phone number so we can arrange a courier pickup for you.
- After completing the return, please inform Oraimo Customer Support promptly.
Upon receipt of the return package, we will inspect it within 3 to 5 days. Once the inspection is complete, we will initiate a refund of the purchased items in the same manner as your original payment. Please note the following.
If you paid by credit card, the refund would be made to your credit card when we receive your returned item. Please check with your card issuer for the exact date of arrival.
If you have used another payment method, such as PayPal or Amazon Pay, the refund will be returned to your account as is. The exact date of the refund will depend on the policy of the payment provider.
If you do not receive your refund in time, please check if your original payment method is valid or contact Oraimo Customer Support.
